Carlos La Riva
Originally from Venezuela, Carlos has been part of the Hamptons community for nearly two decades. What began as a career in tennis — from young pro to Tennis Director at Buckskill Tennis Club — evolved into a deep understanding of what it takes to maintain and manage high-end properties with precision and trust. For the past ten years, Carlos has cared for numerous homes across the East End, known for his sharp eye for detail and commitment to excellence. When he’s not on the courts or checking on properties, you’ll likely find him on the golf course or playing padel.
Athanasios Bilis
Born in Greece, Athanasios (or “Bilis”) moved to the Hamptons to attend Ross School, where he developed a strong connection to the area and its community. After school, he began teaching tennis and soon discovered his passion for property care and service management.
He’s the owner of 4Dimensions Services, a local company known for high-quality exterior cleaning and car detailing. His hands-on approach and attention to detail carry over to Olimpo, where he focuses on keeping every property in top shape.
When he’s not working, Bilis enjoys fishing, being outdoors, and playing padel.
Athanasios Bilis
